A threat actor using the alias 84City has posted an SQL dump they attribute to PPA Business School, described as one of the largest private higher-education groups in France, offering preparatory programs and bachelor's degrees across art, design, digital, communication, and business. Dated July 10, 2026, the dump is a single personnes table listed at 293,967 rows, said to merge prospects, applicants, enrolled students, and alumni into one list.
