A threat actor using the alias Tacuara has listed a dataset allegedly exfiltrated from Sucive—Uruguay’s unified system for vehicle registration and taxes. The breach is said to expose 618,000 personal and vehicle records, including document numbers, owner names, birthdates, license plates, chassis and engine numbers.
