Welcome to Dark Web Informer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, API, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services and Prohibited Use

Dark Web Informer is a platform that provides Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) from the Dark Web, Deep Web, and Surface Web. It focuses on various cybersecurity threats including ransomware, darknet markets, threat alerts, data breaches, leaks, and more.

You will not use Dark Web Informer, whether through the website, API, or any related service, for any unlawful, unethical, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging in, promoting, or supporting any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or identity theft
  • Distributing, sharing, or selling personal or sensitive information obtained from our Services without the explicit consent of the affected individuals
  • Using information obtained from our Services to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any individual or entity
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting the operation of our Services or any third-party systems
  • Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of any individual or entity
  • Utilizing our Services in a manner that may harm or damage our reputation or that of any third parties associated with us

3. Pricing Tiers and Benefits

Dark Web Informer offers multiple pricing tiers with various benefits. These pricing tiers and the associated benefits may change at any time, without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain services or features offered in each tier, at our sole discretion. By continuing to use the services after such changes, you agree to the updated terms and conditions of your chosen tier.

4. Payment Processing

All payments made through our website or affiliated services are processed by trusted third-party payment processors. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of these providers.

If you subscribe to a plan that includes API access, continued use of the API requires an active, paid subscription. Expired or unpaid accounts will lose access.

You authorize Dark Web Informer to charge your payment method for the amount specified at the time of purchase.

5. Billing, Refunds, and Invoices

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Payments for subscriptions to Dark Web Informer are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, users will retain access to the paid Services until the end of the current subscription period.

If your account is suspended, terminated, or deleted due to a breach or suspected breach of these Terms, access to paid Services will terminate immediately, and no refunds will be provided.

Invoices are generated at the time of sale and are considered final. They are not subject to modification, amendment, or re-issuance under any circumstances. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming billing details prior to completing their purchase.

Dark Web Informer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any warranties arising from the course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services available and functioning reliably, and we will use reasonable efforts to minimize interruptions or downtime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. From time to time, the Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

While we aim to provide a high level of availability, we make no binding service level commitments and do not provide credits, refunds, or other remedies for any downtime, delays, or performance issues.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether on the website, API, or related services
  • You shall not attempt to circumvent any ban or removal resulting from a violation of the Terms of Service

8. Intellectual Property

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content on this website, API, or affiliated services, including text, software, graphics, and images, may result in legal consequences. This includes potential civil liabilities such as fines, damages, or court-ordered remedies, as well as criminal penalties under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Dark Web Informer is open to partnerships and licensing agreements with companies that wish to utilize our content or services. Interested parties are encouraged to contact us for collaboration opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or the terms of our payment providers. Additionally, inactive accounts older than six months may be deleted unless there is an active subscription associated with the account.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services, including the website, API, and all content, are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Web Informer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, API, or any related services.

Legal Considerations & Jurisdictional Compliance
Dark Web Informer does not guarantee compliance with all global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and is not liable for the exposure of publicly available breach data.

If your jurisdiction prohibits the viewing, sharing, or distribution of such data, you are responsible for ensuring your compliance before accessing our services.

Dark Web Informer does not guarantee the removal of exposed PII upon request. However, individuals or entities who wish to request redaction may submit a formal Takedown Request as outlined in our Transparency Report (Section 13).

Requests must include legal documentation proving ownership of the affected data. We reserve the right to deny removal requests unless legally obligated to comply.
