- You will not use "Dark Web Informer" for any unlawful, unethical, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in, promoting, or supporting any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or identity theft.
- Distributing, sharing, or selling personal or sensitive information obtained from our Services without the explicit consent of the affected individuals.
- Using information obtained from our Services to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any individual or entity.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting the operation of our Services or any third-party systems.
- Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of any individual or entity.
- Utilizing our Services in a manner that may harm or damage our reputation or that of any third parties associated with us.
3. Pricing Tiers and Benefits
- Dark Web Informer offers multiple pricing tiers with various benefits. These pricing tiers and the associated benefits may change at any time, without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain services or features offered in each tier, at our sole discretion. By continuing to use the services after such changes, you agree to the updated terms and conditions of your chosen tier.
4. Payment Processing
- All payments made through our website and through our Telegram Bot are processed by Stripe. By using our services, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
- All cryptocurrency payments currently made through our website is processed via BTCPay.
- You authorize Dark Web Informer to charge your payment method for the amount specified at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds
- All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Payments for subscriptions to "Dark Web Informer" are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, users will retain access to the paid Services until the end of the current subscription period for which payment has been made. However, if your account is suspended, terminated, or deleted by "Dark Web Informer" due to a breach or suspected breach of these Terms, access to paid Services will terminate immediately, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. "Dark Web Informer" is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any warranties arising from the course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
6. User Conduct
- You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, both on and off the website darkwebinformer.com.
- You shall not attempt to circumvent any ban or removal resulting from a violation of the Terms of Service.

- Takedown requests must comply with the requirements listed in our Transparency Report.
- Requests without sufficient legal documentation may be denied.
- We are not responsible for the continued availability of publicly archived content.
14. Archiving and External Services
Dark Web Informer utilizes third-party services like the Internet Archive for preserving public content.
- We do not control these services, and concerns about archived content should be directed to the respective provider.
- Content that is publicly leaked may remain available through independent sources beyond our control.
15. Advertising and Sponsored Content
- Advertisers who wish to display advertisements or sponsored content on Dark Web Informer must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA), advertising standards, and consumer protection regulations. By placing an advertisement, you agree to the following:
- Advertisements must not contain false, misleading, or deceptive content, including fraudulent offers, illegal services, or any material that violates our policies.
- Advertisers will not use tracking scripts, cookies, or collect user data.

16. Public Exposure of Data & Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Dark Web Informer publishes unredacted breach-related information gathered from publicly available sources, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, usernames, passwords, financial details, government-issued identification numbers (such as Social Security Numbers, passport numbers, and driver's license numbers), medical records, IP addresses, and other sensitive personal or corporate data that may appear in leaked data.
Justification & Purpose
- The publication of such data is for cyber threat intelligence, research, and awareness to assist organizations, cybersecurity professionals, and researchers in understanding ongoing threats.
- Dark Web Informer does not actively collect or solicit PII but aggregates and republishes information already leaked on the Dark Web and other open sources.
Legal Considerations & Jurisdictional Compliance
- Dark Web Informer does not guarantee compliance with all global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and is not liable for the exposure of publicly available breach data.
- If your jurisdiction prohibits the viewing, sharing, or distribution of such data, you are responsible for ensuring your compliance before accessing our services.
Data Removal Requests
Dark Web Informer does not guarantee the removal of exposed PII upon request. However, individuals or entities who wish to request redaction may submit a formal Takedown Request as outlined in our Transparency Report (Section 13).

- We reserve the right to deny removal requests unless legally obligated to comply.
