Good and clean Search Engines and Index Directories are few and far between. The filtered category means that I took some time to validate each Onion to confirm that it contains no CSAM, rape, etc. If you happen to find a search engine or index directory that is clean, submit it and I will verify. The same applies if you find one that contains any CSAM, rape, etc. I will verify and immediately remove it. Unfortunately Search engines on Tor care more about money than respect.
This CSS was version 1 when the site was introduced, it is currently being moved to version 2 with a more friendly card style that I have teased on X.
