📌 Overview
On March 28, 2025, the ransomware group Kill Security publicly claimed responsibility for a cyberattack against Lupin Pharmaceuticals, a major Indian pharmaceutical and healthcare company. The threat actors allege that they successfully exfiltrated sensitive client and patient data, including confidential medical records and health reports.

The attackers posted proof-of-breach materials on their Tor-hosted leak site, including screenshots of internal documents, patient diet charts, medical screening reports, and other health-related data.

The group has set a countdown timer and threatens to publish the full dataset in four to five days unless negotiations are initiated.
