On March 31, 2025, the ransomware group Kairos published a claim on their dark web portal, alleging they successfully breached the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City (sttattorney.org) and exfiltrated sensitive legal and personal data.

The threat actor claims to have stolen 325 GB of confidential data, including internal documentation, victim and witness information, case files, and personal details of individuals connected to criminal cases.

The group provided several screenshots displaying legal documents, court records, and personal data as proof. They are threatening to publish the full data within 7-8 days if their demands are not met.
