These accounts have been suspended but not revoked or banned. This means they are placed in a forced vacation mode until outstanding issues are resolved. If they resolve their issues and present a believable case to us that they can not encounter similar issues in the future, they may resume selling.
The reason for the suspension on these accounts is due to high rate of disputed orders, high rate of non-arrival order reports, lack of communication in disputes and repeated failure to provide tracking numbers on tracked shipments.
If you are a customer that has an ongoing escrow listing with any of these vendors, please dispute it so you can receive a refund.
