On April 5, 2025, a threat actor going by the alias oblivion666 listed a post on a major cybercrime forum offering administrative access to several domains tied to the Senegalese Armed Forces. The listing includes control over army.sn, sigrh.armee.sn, srvmail.armee.sn, and spami.armee.sn, with the offer also promising access to servers and firewalls.

The actor claimed the offer comes with a “special price” for Senegal’s Independence Festival, suggesting active promotion and urgency.
