📌 Overview
On March 28, 2025, a threat actor using the alias Meow claimed to be selling a database allegedly belonging to Hibu Inc., a digital marketing and local advertising company based in the United States. The actor claims the dataset includes personal and business information of 68,000 merchants and 54,000 merchant reviewers.
Sample data and screenshots were provided, showing CSV-formatted records containing merchant details such as names, websites, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and social media profiles, as well as customer reviews and feedback data.
