We present to your attention the download of the database (CRM) of the FGTS service.
What is FGTS?
The Long Service Guarantee Fund (SLGF) was created to protect workers dismissed without good reason by opening an account linked to an employment contract. At the beginning of each month, employers deposit into accounts opened with CAIXA in the name of employees an amount corresponding to 8% of each employee's salary.
FGTS consists of the total amount of these monthly deposits and these amounts belong to the employees, who in some situations may keep the entire amount in their own name.
CAIXA assumed the role of the operational agent of the Lifetime Guarantee Fund with the publication of Law 8,036/90 on May 11, 1990, and has since fulfilled this role, turning dreams into reality, making commitments to workers, and promoting the largest benefits in the history of the country.
